Dee Martin

Dee is an attorney, activist, and feminist.

In her day job, Dee is co-chair of the Policy Resolution Group at Bracewell LLP where she represents clients before the U.S. Congress and federal agencies, developing and implementing policy and media strategies that achieve her client's goals.

Dee has been named a "Washington, DC Trailblazer" and "Crisis Leadership Trailblazer" by National Law Journal (2020-2021); a "Top Lobbyist" by The Hill (2017-2022); a "Champion of PR" by PRWeek (2017); a "Top 40 Under 40 Lobbyist" by Washingtonian Magazine (2011); a "Female Powerbroker" by Law360 (2014); a "Champion" by the Legal Times (2011); and a "Women Who Mean Business Awardee" by the Washington Business Journal (2011).

Dee has focused her pro bono efforts on assisting young women escaping persecution by global terrorist organizations. For her work, she was honored with the "Unlikely Heroes Legacy Award" (2016) and was recognized by Professional Women in Advocacy as an "Excellence in Advocacy" award finalist (2016).

Dee is co-founder of the award-winning Minute Mentoring®, a women's leadership program, and serves on the board of directors for a national non-profit organization dedicated to social, political, and economic equality for women.
